Tell us about a problem

Last updated: October 2026

Reurers Septic wants homeowners to receive fair and honest treatment when contacting the service. Tell us if your experience falls short. This page describes how to raise a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Bring to Us

You can raise concerns about:

  • Your phone or other contact experience with Reurers Septic
  • The way your personal information was used or handled
  • Website details that seem wrong or unclear
  • The conduct of a provider reached through our service

When the Problem Involves a Provider

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For problems with septic, sewer line or plumbing work, it usually makes sense to contact the provider first. Keep a written record of that exchange.

Please also let us know. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated problems may result in a provider's removal. Reurers Septic cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on the provider's behalf.

Details to Send With Your Complaint

Write to contact@reurers.living and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • Which listed number or form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and the action you would like us to take

How We Handle Your Message

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine the matter and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain what we found and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response does not address your concern, reply and request another look. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving licensed plumbing or septic contractors, a state licensing board or local health department may be able to assist.
